Our foals are due from mid September as we bred later last season as I had a baby of my own (see below!)We’ve been burning off the old grass to make way for the new fresh growth (Actually it was just to make more work for Grant - spraying weeds and direct drilling in fertiliser and pasture seed!!)Breed To Succeed. Factors such as conformation, genetic compatibility of the parents, nutrition and temperament influence our choices. But at least you can rule a line through ‘colour’ as having any bearing on the inheritance of racing ability” Read moreHere at WCF we were already in the know, and Apache Cat has put to rest the myth that a horse with four white legs can’t run.
