What a credit to his breeder D.V.M Nancy McEachern of Arizona, USA. What a magnificent animal. And it’s not just our sentiments, our Australian Stud Book Vet was completely taken by his type and correctness and said “He's even better than Profile!” Those of you who have seen Profile in the flesh know that’s a big statement. Our two year wait for Glacial Gold was worth every day of it.

After Quarantine in the USA at noted horse whisperer Monty Roberts’ Flag Is Up Farm, Glacial Gold flew into Sydney where he was quarantined at Eastern Creek alongside Coolmore and Darley’s shuttle stallions. Upon release at Eastern Creek Glacial Gold had already attracted a fan base with Grant advising that the staff went and got their cameras before he loaded him onto the truck!

Glacial Gold is very athletic and moves LIKE A DREAM. He is everything a thoroughbred should be with perfects legs and deep girth, amazing rump, wonderful neck set & length of rein and…..that head is SUPERB. This guy will have to do the show circuit after he has bred this season. He and his movement are too good to hide away!! His first ‘inspection’ from an interstate mare owner resulted in “Can I have the breeding contracts please.”
Some very amateur pictures taken on the FREEZING day of Glacial Gold’s arrival can been viewed, however not doing him justice we cannot wait to bring you more pictures of this outstanding equine.

Glacial Gold (USA) is only a medium sized TB and will mature to 15.3hh. Therefore if you are requiring a BIG dilute grab yourself a big mare (it’s not rocket science is it!).

Be sure to enter the website draw to WIN a FREE 2011 breeding if you haven’t already.

Grant is the founder of WINNING COLOURS FARM. Not one to shy away from going outside the square nor hard work. Growing up and educated in Sydney, he was told he’d never make a shearer. Better tell him he’ll never get a coloured Group horse too!

Sale Horse of The Month - Yearling QH
We are proud to have this yearling Quarter Horse filly represent WINNING COLOURS FARM. We foaled her down and she has been well handled with routine farrier, worming etc. She has a lovely disposition and is very easy on the eye. Out of a beautiful Thoroughbred mare which we have retained she should prove a great asset for performance or pleasure.
We are offering her with a service for the price of the service fee only ($2200 Profile In Style or $2750 Glacial Gold). Service is good for 3 years. Should she be being campaigned, the service may be extended or transferable. Should you not require the service, ask away; a reasonable offer will not be refused.
We recommend an inspection of this filly as she will impress (much better type than pic suggests). Should she be suitable for someone you know please advise as we will send you $100 in appreciation of successfully helping us find this lovely filly a new home.
