2011 Maximum Frame Overo / Dominant White ASB Thoroughbred colt

With two ice blue eyes  this colt looks to be a maximum Frame-overo as dominant whites have brown eyes as a general rule.  He is not Lethal White which we 100% knew he could not be (unlike the Australian Quarter Horse Association, we understand basic genetics!). Nor is he a SB1 max sabino as neither sire or dam carry the SB1 gene.

 Out of TB mare Laughyoumay - herself by Sky Chase (NZ) who is also the sire of $3.8Million & Melbourne Cup winner Saintly, and by Profile In Style of course.   

Luna Park is a very fitting name (don't you think Singo!) although Grant likes the name "Finer Than Cotton"!

This guy should be close to a 100% colour producer in years to come. And another super matched pedigree by pedigree analysis for racing.....WOW!  Plus with Lily (dam) and Profile (sire) both very typey individuals he is going to be very easy on the eye.

We now have SEVEN highly coloured colts.  Possibly time to say goodbye to one or two.  And with their purchase price recouped from just several future mare bookings, they're a 'stable' investment for any horse enthusiast.

2011 Bay Frame Overo ASB Colt

 WORLD'S FIRST NEAR MAXIMUM FRAME OVERO THOROUGHBRED COLT

Coldstream Candy and Profile In Style (USA) have made History!  Intruducing the first near max frame colt in the entire World!  Pictured at just seven hours old (bottom left & below)  he is as massive in size as he is colour!! 

Quite frankly I have never seen a newborn so huge in all my life. With two dark blue eyes he is truly extraordinary.  With this a match made in Heaven for racing (pedigree dynamics) we are thrilled to be able to bring this level of  quality with the colour for all to enjoy.  He also has a 50% chance of having Secretariat's large heart X factor.

This is what it's all about for us.  He would be a knockout as a solid bay.  I don't think I can part with this one...but you can try!

2011 True Black Frame Overo ASB Colt

When I suspected Miss Morocco developed a placentitis I treated to the best of my ability, however when she waxed up at 309 days gestation never did I believe that she would deliver a live foal this time round.

As we are in such a cold climate our first two mares have gone over a year in gestation.  The fact that Miss Morocco delivered a live foal a full month early is even more miraculous.  It is truly by the Grace Of God that this outstanding little guy is alive.

"GoG" or "Goggles" as we call him may only be small at present but his quality is absolutely apparent.  He is a true black and white frame overo colt and one of only literally a few in the World. 

Miss Morocco is a racewinning mare by 2002 World HOrse Of The Year and seven times Group 1 winner, Rock Of Gibraltar.

We beleive this colt is the best race pedigreed Frame Overo colt in the entire World. 

Goggles will remain with WCF as he will not live up to his genetic potential due to infirmities of being premature.

2011 Deep Gold PALOMINO ASB Filly

 AUSTRALIA'S FIRST BORN PALOMINO THOROUGHBRED FILLY

Well what a truimph for Glacial Gold (USA) and Red Trid.  We knew the foal was going to be palomino, however we are over the moon with the deep golden colour  with pure white mane & tail this filly is going to be (white mane and tail starts to grow once born). Very much like our imported mare Pretzel (USA).

Her musculature is outstanding for 3 & 4 days old as she is in the three pictures left.

She has a huge length of hip not depicted in the photos which I think is her best feature.   Not to mention that gorgeous Buzz head (aka Glacial Gold!).

With her dam, Red Trid, running second in her trial to a multiple Group horse all the while running with a broken sesamoid bone, this filly could be the first  racewinning palomino Thoroughbred in the Southern Hemisphere too.

This filly WAS being kept for obvious reasons however you may just be able to purchase her as we are downsizing while our children are under school age. 

There is still time to breed one for yourself, or perhaps you might want to purchase a broodmare in foal to Glacial Gold for a guaranteed palomino - or guaranteed buckskin.

2011 Colt out of Markie

Homozygous black gene bay ASB Thoroughbred 2010

This colt out of cracking type Markie; and by Dracula (AUS) certainly has lived up to his stellar pedigree.  Pictured at just five weeks old he is more than impressive.  Only for sale as he's not a homozygous black filly!  Our loss can be your gain. A rock bottom bargain price for a sale before weaning.

This colts pedigree is purple purple purple.  So many similarities with the elite racehorses including a very similar pedigree as last year's MELBOURNE CUP WINNER, AMERICAIN.  There's no doubt in my mind that this colt will run very well and will be worth every cent of his investment.

Her dam is a ROYAL SHOW CHAMPION and Royal Show Winner of Stock Horse class.  This filly is eligible Anglo rego, Stock Horse registration eligible to compete as well as Dilutes Australia.

With 75% Thoroughbred which shows in the rear end and the 25% arabian is all up front.  Just how an elite level show horse should look.

2011 Clients Black Bay Overo ASB Thoroughbred Colt

This colt is not ours however I just had to share it with you all.  This is the third overo thoroughbred foal her mares have produced for Donna Bright of Bright Colours Farm and Halcyon Stock Horses in Yeoval NSW. 

He is magnificent already!  Out of Racewinning mare and producer of racewinners Double Down and by Profile In Style (USA) of course.
