2011 Deep Gold PALOMINO ASB Filly

 AUSTRALIA'S FIRST BORN PALOMINO THOROUGHBRED FILLY

Well what a truimph for Glacial Gold (USA) and Red Trid.  We knew the foal was going to be palomino, however we are over the moon with the deep golden colour  with pure white mane & tail this filly is going to be (white mane and tail starts to grow once born). Very much like our imported mare Pretzel (USA).

She has a huge length of hip not depicted in the photos which I think is her best feature.   Not to mention that gorgeous Buzz head (aka Glacial Gold!).

With her dam, Red Trid, running second in her trial to a multiple Group horse all the while running with a broken sesamoid bone, and her second dam a Group mare, this filly could be the first racewinning palomino Thoroughbred in the Southern Hemisphere!.

Only half heartedly offered for sale. I will be more than happy to keep this one however!

 She was bred for the racetrack and she has amazing bend-or spots.  Not all Glacial Gold offspring will have these spectacular spots (see below) as her dam Red Trid is the reason for the spots.

2011 Maximum Frame Overo / Dominant White ASB Thoroughbred colt

With two ice blue eyes  this colt looks to be a maximum Frame-overo as dominant whites have brown eyes as a general rule.  He is not Lethal White which we 100% knew he could not be (unlike the Australian Quarter Horse Association, we understand basic genetics!). Nor is he a SB1 max sabino as neither sire or dam carry the SB1 gene.

 Out of TB mare Laughyoumay - herself by Sky Chase (NZ) who is also the sire of $3.8Million & Melbourne Cup winner Saintly, and by Profile In Style of course.   

Luna Park is a very fitting name (don't you think Singo!) although Grant likes the name "Finer Than Cotton"!

This guy should be close to a 100% colour producer in years to come. And another super matched pedigree by pedigree analysis for racing.....WOW!  Plus with Lily (dam) and Profile (sire) both very typey individuals he is going to be very easy on the eye.

We now have SEVEN highly coloured colts.  Possibly time to say goodbye to one or two.  And with their purchase price recouped from just several future mare bookings, they're a 'stable' investment for any horse enthusiast.

Coldstream Candy and Profile In Style (USA) have made History!  Intruducing the first near max frame colt in the entire World! He is as massive in size as he is colour!! 

Quite frankly I have never seen a newborn so huge in all my life. With two dark blue eyes he is truly extraordinary.  With this a match made in Heaven for racing (pedigree dynamics) we are thrilled to be able to bring this level of  quality with the colour for all to enjoy.  He also has a 50% chance of having Secretariat's large heart X factor.

This is what it's all about for us.  He would be a knockout as a solid bay.  I don't think I can part with this one...but you can try!

This is the only non-tb breeding we do each year.  The dam is just too good not to!

Pudn (as she's the colour of that yummy desert - sticky date pudding!) is the epitome of an Anglo Arabian.   This girl is a TRULY a knockout.

Her dam is a ROYAL SHOW CHAMPION and Royal Show Winner of Stock Horse class.  This filly is eligible Anglo rego, Stock Horse registration - eligible to compete as well as Dilutes Australia.

With 75% Thoroughbred which shows in the rear end and the 25% arabian is all up front.  Just how an elite level show horse should look. 

Her dam and Glacial are super easy no fuss horses and we expect this girl to be a family favourite for more than her exquisite looks.

2010 ASB Black Thoroughbred Colt

An incredible looking yearling without ever having a yearling prep. Galloping over many acres has allowed him to muscle naturally from a foal.  He is as super in nature as he is in type and has the most sensible and easy no fuss nature.

'Johnny' has a 5 x 5 inbreeding to Hail To Reason, the sire of Halo.  Halo is the grandsire of super sire, More Than Ready and Kentucky Derby winner, Sunday Silence and g/gransire of Americain (2010 Melbourne Cup winner). .  He also has sex balanced duplications of Secretariat and the renowned Mahmoud son, The Axe in his pedigree; which should see him  more than competent on the racetrack.   The elite level show arena will be this colts destiny once his race days are over and he's a sound investment for this reason alone.

Imprinted at birth and extremely easy to handle, trim, catch etc.  This colt is one of my all time favourites.

Patrick is now a weanling and is the size of the yearlings. He looks like he will go 17hh as is his sire, dam's broodmare sire, and dams grandsire are all true 17hh!!

This suberb colt is everything we hoped for plus more.  His sire Painting Freedom (USA) is a 17hh True Black and white stallion by Airdrie Apache (USA), himself a Mr Prospector grandson.  Airdrie is the sire of multiple race winning and double registered Thoroughbred/Paints. Bloodlines also include "Northern Dancer",  "Bold Ruler" and "Roberto" (Hail To Reason).  

Painting Freedom is out of Playfull Devil (Kentucky bred) 17hh black and a seven times race winner. She is by Play Fellow who won five Group 1 races and won / placed in another 5 group races. Her other two siblings are 100% winners to runners - Nine times race winning gelding All Devil $154,578USD and 7 times racewinner Desby Do who has gone on to produce Aeitroon winner of $104,016 in Saudi Arabia.

His Dam Pretzel (USA) is a stunning and precocious mare whom has an inbreeding to Prince John (USA) - son of the mighty Princequillo (IRE).  She is out of racewinner All Is Well (USA).  All is Well is sired by Thunder Puddles. Profile In Style (USA) has come up with the goods.  This is his first foal of the 2009 season and what a start. 

Introducing the FIRST EVER Frame Overo Thoroughbred colt born in Australia.   By Profile In Style (USA) out of race winning and show jumper mare Heleray (Bletchalot - Bletchingly).  We have aptly named him FRAMED IN HISTORY and paddock named Frank.

He has four very high stockings, one blue eye and is so rare in this EXTREME colour - even for this frame-overo line! ColorWorld Ranch USA only producing 4 foals marked similarly in their 10 plus years of breeding. Colorworld retaining one mare with these markings, so far she is 100% COLOUR PRODUCER TO SOLID STALLIONS ! With very stong sabino genes as well as frame overo THIS COLT COULD VERY WELL BE A 100% COLOUR PRODUCER. And with only one agouti gene he will also be capable of breeding true blacks.   With Profile In Style (USA) and Heleray both negative for SB1 there will be NO pattern fading.

Frank's dam has the most amazing movement with absolute minimal knee action and beautiful temperament. Couple this with all that is Profile In Style and this guy is sure to be serious stallion material in years to come.  Just like his sire, Frank is a cracking type and so striking in the flesh. Plus with his very relaxed and friendly disposition he loves human attention.   Imagine this guy grown up - WOW!

Homozygous black gene ASB Thoroughbred mare

This mare is absolute quality and is as outstanding in type as she is in nature.  And she throws cracking foals (note foal at foot sold to race connections).  She has a stellar pedigree match with Profile In Style (USA) whom she is in foal to for a September foal. 

This future foals pedigree is purple purple purple.  With sex balanced duplications of Halo and Secretariat this will be one for the racetrack as well as the show or performance arena.

Markie has a "mark" of unusual white hairs on her off-front fetlock as you can see in the pictures.  This should see her genes gel with Profile in the colour department as Miss Morocco also with a similar mark has done just that!  A black and white frame-overo thoroughbred of the highest standard is a genuinely strong possibility.  Profile loves throwing black foals out of black mares for some reason and has done so seven times out of eight mares!

Her dam is sired by Kaapstad (NZ) who is from the elite Eight Carat family. Kaapstad has sired 93 Stakes wins in Australia.  He is a three quarter brother to Octagonal (NZ). His half sister Cotehele House is the dam of Commands and Danewin (11 stakes wins including five Group 1).

This family is all blue blood.

The future foal with Profile In Style (USA) will have a 5 x 5 sex balanced duplication of the mare Somethingroyal (Secretariat's dam).  This breeding strategy called the Rasmussen Factor is proven to produce more Stakes Winners.  The foal will also have a further duplication of Somethingroyal in the seventh line.
